Digital Designer/Developer

Kapang is looking to recruit a Digital Designer/Developer to come and join the team in our new offices in Henley-on-Thames.

Design and produce creative for both internal and customer projects.
Deliver creative web projects to a high standard.
Present creative concepts to clients.
Present strategic rationale and influence changes to deliver the most effective solutions to customer briefs.
Consistently deliver work that is both on budget and on time.
Ensure that all work delivered adheres to legal, regulatory and technical standards, style guidelines and processes.
Work alongside and manage third parties as required.

Personal Specification

The right candidate will have a proven ability in designing graphics for web/digital content to a very high standard with a minimum of 3 years commercial experience. You will have a passion for web design and be able to work both independently and as part of a larger team. You will possess both the desire and ability to learn new skills and concepts as new technology becomes available. You will also have a good understanding of SEO and be able to design projects with this in mind.

Skills

Good working knowledge of the following is essential;

Javascript

Knowledge of the following would also be desirable;

Adobe iNDesign
Photoshop
Illustrator

Salary
£20K – £25K
