Post Malone Throws £40,000 Cash At Fans!

Post Malone gave revellers at a club in Miami a night to remember when he started lobbing cash into the crowd during a performance – $50,000 (£40,000) of it, to be precise.

I know, whether you like his music or not, you can’t deny that you definitely wish you’d been there now.

The 24-year-old singer – whose real name is Austin Richard Post – was on stage at E11EVEN nightclub in downtown Miami, Florida, where partygoers were not only treated to a live set from the star, but also a few unexpected extras.

As well as belting out hits like ‘Rockstar’, ‘Psycho’ and ‘White Iverson’, Post also showed up with a water cooler full of $50,000 in singles and truly made it rain.

According to Page Six, he and his ‘massive’ entourage then headed over to a VIP table, followed by a ‘sparkler parade with cases of Bud Light’.

Sharing photos from the night on Instagram, the club wrote: “50k Money Showers, Beer Bongs and @postmalone Live Performance! E11EVEN [loves] you!”

One Instagrammer agreed it had been a good one, commenting: “The most epic night E11even has ever had. PERIOD. @postmalone is a certified rockstar.”

Another, who hadn’t been there, said they had ‘FOMO’ watching the clip, while someone else added: “Damn, tonight looked crazy!”

Post Malone is currently taking his Runaway Tour on the road in the US, having headlined Leeds Festival back in August.

Earlier this month, he was performing at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minnesota, when someone in the crowd flashed him – much to his surprise.

A picture of the rapper’s reaction, which saw his jaw literally drop as the crowd member lifted her top, was shared widely on social media, soon prompting the moment to become a meme.

Last month, he also released his third studio album, Hollywood’s Bleeding, off the back of a series of singles including ‘Wow’, ‘Goodbyes’ with Young Thug, ‘Circles’ and ‘Sunflower’ featuring Swae Lee.

The album also features appearances from the likes of Travis Scott, Kanye West and Ozzy Osbourne.

The record debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200.
